About Sub40
Sub40 was born after just one semester at UT Austin, when we realized short-term off-campus housing in West Campus was a major challenge for students. From Guadalupe to Rio Grande, everyone we spoke to faced the same issue.
So, we set out to change how subleasing works for Longhorns by building a secure, student-focused platform for short-term rentals. Our team combined individual strengths to create a marketplace that makes off-campus living easier, safer, and more connected for everyone on the Forty Acres.
